Founded in 2010 as the San Damiano Cooperative, Alessandro and Alice transformed it into “Il Colle del Tiglio” at the end of 2024. They raise Brown Alpine cows in semi-wild conditions, respecting their rhythms, needs, and natural behaviors.

They produce, with their precious milk, yoghurt and ricotta, soft and fresh cheeses, as well as semi-cooked and aged cheeses.
The whey becomes an integral part of the pigs’ breeding, with which mainly sausages are produced.

Rabbits, ducks and chickens also live here, as well as many wild species, from foxes to roe deer, from frogs to buzzards, which in the area of the ponds and near the surrounding woods find peace and harmony, but above all the respect due to them.
