“Al Passo con Gusto” is a farm located in Sant’Antonio Tortal, a village in Trichiana in the municipality of Borgo Valbelluna, at an altitude of 600 metres. It breeds Carniolan bees and produces honey, wax and propolis.

The choice of Carniolan bees is the result of careful research and a demanding environmental selection. A large portion of the farm is dedicated to the cultivation of aromatic plants for culinary and herbal purposes. Vegetables are also produced: from beans to red turnips, from cabbage to courgettes and lettuce.
