The Remedi Mauro farm has always practised organic beekeeping and its high quality production has been certified since 2017. What drives the business is first and foremost passion.

The commitment not to use chemicals on the farm goes hand in hand with the careful choice of locations throughout the land that are as unspoilt as possible. The honey is extracted by centrifugation, filtered and decanted, without undergoing any processing or heating

Among the wide range of honeys it produces, particular praise goes to mountain multi-flower honey, chestnut honey and acacia honey.
