The Valmorel Dairy is located in the centre of the village it gets its name from. Founded in 1939, its dairy laboratory has always worked uninterruptedly, processing the milk conferred by its members.

The cheeses it produces, all of recognised quality, are included in the list of traditional products of the Veneto Region. The Valmorel Dairy is a unique agricultural cooperative in that it is the last remaining active rotational dairy in the province of Belluno.

Rotational means that the dairy processes the milk conferred, transforms it and returns the dairy products to the members who, in turn, collaborate with the dairyman in the milk processing activity.
