In an unspoilt location with a view of the Dolomites, the farm produces fruit naturally, without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Its distinguishing feature is the fact that the harvesting, selection and processing of the fruit before cooking is all done by hand.
Raw materials of excellent quality combined with the perfecting of ancient recipes allow the intense aromas and flavours of ripe fruit to be released upon tasting. On top of this, each jar contains a very high percentage of fruit and little sugar. Raspberries, blueberries, currants, blackberries, figs, peaches, apricots, old varieties of apples and pears are currently grown in the farm.
With all these fruits, and with the addition of flowers, sprouts and herbs, jams are produced with both classic and very special flavours, which are excellent for breakfast or for creating tarts, but that also go perfectly with cheeses. The business has recently been expanded to include hospitality.
