Start this beautiful ring tour from Melere
and walk along the panoramic path for about an hour on the northwest side of the Monte Frontal.
Proceed among a marvelous wood of pine and beech trees where you can admire rocks with karst characteristics. At the top (1245 m) you will find the “Madonnina della Montagna” and a panorama that will leave you breathless.
Your gaze will lead you from the west on the descent of Pianezze to Monti Avena and Tomatico that overhang Feltre and ,farther on the horizon, the mountains of Lisser, Ortigara and Cima XII in addition to the mountains of Enego on the Altopiano di Asiago.
Look at the East along the valley of Canal di Limana and admire the mountains of Agnelezze, Pezza and Cor and Col Visentin (1765 m) the highest mountain in the pre-Alps. If you want to take a break, Bivacco da Buso is for you. Proceed your trip to the suggestive source of the stream of Limana and at the beginning of the homonymous valley with its vast and green pastures still used today.
