Looking for a vantage point from which to admire the entire Venetian plain and beyond? Choose this tour and you will not be disappointed! Park in the vicinity of the Stabiole recreational area and follow the uphill path through the beautiful beech forest to the summit of Monte Boral (1,245 metres above sea level). From here to “Le Crosere” there is a continuous succession of panoramic viewpoints over the Venetian Plain: you are spoilt for choice as to which is the most Instagrammable! If you are lucky enough to find a clear day, your gaze can sweep from the Gulf of Trieste to Venice, from the river Piave, with the moraine hills of Montello, to the Colli Asolani, from Monti Berici to the Colli Euganei.
The whole area is full of renovated and mantained cabins, a sign that it is still very busy and well-kept. Continue on and leave so much beauty behind just to enter the wild beauty of Val Negra and Col de Tabac. The way back to your car will pass through these places that still retain their suggestive natural appearance.
