The loop takes you to the iconic Olt de Val d’Arc. Park your car at the beautiful Praderadego pass and head into the forest along the Blueberry Trail. When you reach the Canidi ridge, the view opens up and in a single glance you can admire the ridges as far as Posa Puner and Malga Garda and beyond to Mount Tomatico overlooking Feltre and the Grappa massif. Continue along the ridge road among the lush green pastures, gazing at the Vette Feltrine in the distance. The abrupt diversion to the right, which descends steeply to the Boz, leads you to observe the Belluno valley from a different perspective; with the Dolomites on the horizon, your gaze sweeps as far as Belluno.
A short stop at the Boz and then take the road to Val d’Arch, at the end of which the path climbs steeply through the forest. It is worth the climb, the Olt de Val d’Arch, a huge limestone arch marking the border between the former municipality of Mel and that of Miane, is there waiting for your iconic selfie. Climb the steep slope again through the beautiful beech forest until you return to the ridge road, which you follow in the opposite direction to the outward journey back to Malga Canidi and again along the Sentiero dei Mirtilli to the car park.
