The characteristic village of Cordellon is the starting point of this suggestive tour ring. Let yourself be fascinated by the charm of this once populous village which is now almost uninhabited.
Take the narrow street to Foral and get surrounded by the sounds of nature and the calls of the wild animals. If you’re lucky during autumn you could hear the mighty roar of the deer.
When you arrive to Foral, among well-finished pastures and mowed lawns, you will be delighted by the beautiful view of Valbelluna. At this point, the narrow street becomes a trail that will bring you almost to the top of Mount Foral and then continue through fir woods. At the edge of the forest you will find Casera Beta, a mysterious place which, like in a Grimm’s Fable, is linked to many legends and real stories told by the elderly to scare the children.
From this altitude you can enjoy the view of Val Fontane on the right side and of Val Mola and Val d’Arch on the left side. To conclude, go down towards Val Mola on a steep path among beech trees that will bring you to an important road that in the past was used as a connection to mountain pastures. At the end of this road, you will arrive in Cordellon.
